o Keep your content updated
o Keep it organized. Appropriately categorize your article before saving. It will make it so much easier to find later on.
o Ask for help if you need it. Express your concerns and desires for the website. Posting content should be painless, enjoyable and a convenient way to share information.
o Go digital. Post it on your website instead of printing it.
o Don't Delete or modify another persons content without consulting them first
o Don't Post content on the front page of the website without first consulting the Principal or Office manager.
o Don't Format your article until you've written it. Formatting web pages can have unexpected results. By formatting your article at the end, you can save time and the resulting article will more closely resemble the layout you intended.
o Don't give out your password. If you want a student or parent to update your web pages, have them contact the Technology Department for access.
Most importantly, please use your best judgment when posting and reviewing content on the website. If you notice something inappropriate, please contact the appropriate authorities.
